The real story

Built by a broker who was once that agent.

I came up the hard way. Figure it out was my onboarding plan. No structure, no roadmap, no one helping me understand who I was building a business for or why. I made it work, but I watched good agents quit because nobody gave them a real start.

When I became a broker, recruiting got easier. Keeping agents was harder. The moment someone said yes, I had a system in my head but nothing in front of them. If they say yes, then what? That question is why Ignite exists.

I also believe the industry has a lead addiction problem. Cold calls, internet leads, paid ads, they work until they don't. Relationship-based businesses outlast them every time. Ignite is built around that belief. We teach agents to build a business on people who already know and like them.
